A Common Goal.
Animator, Ken Fountain, had a dream to create animated songs that would educate, much in the same way Schoolhouse Rock did during his childhood. It didn’t take long to convince a group of friends to join him in that dream, and up sprung the idea of Crackerbox Studio. Their goal to re-envision the spirit of educational animation for the 21st century can only begin with one idea – interactivity – and the iPad is the most obvious window. With their first offering, “Geo-Me!”, this small group of animators, coders and musicians hopes to lay a foundation on which many more songs, stories and educational apps can be made.
