Storyboarding and animation begins. There is nothing more fun than cushy chairs, hot coffee, stories and sketches. I managed to spend two long days per character; one day to brainstorm and sketch, and a second day to create final drawings and edit to the song verse. Crazy fun.
I had to break from this phase for a week to create additional interface elements and create and separate the Geo-Me “parts” for the builder. So, animation officially was set to begin in May!
My hope at the start was to spend 3 weeks per character. Wasn’t sure how that would go yet, but I needed a mark to shoot for. In light of the extended production schedule, release was set for early September 2012.
